Details
Client requested an audit of a potentially non-compliant site with regulatory observations.
What We Did
- Initial audit highlighted several issues requiring immediate remediation.
- Developed multi-stage remediation plan with 1st phase to bring facility back into operational control to allow commencement of engineering batches.
- In parallel developed longer-term recovery plan to cover shut down & rectification of HVAC & facility followed by commissioning, qualification and recertification of the facility.
Retrofit of Existing Facility

Multi-phase brownfield upgrade of operational facility.
What We Did
- Develop & implement HVAC, Facilities and Utilities segregation plan to ensure operational stability of existing production suites throughout demolition, construction & C&Q of a new Vial Filling suite.
- Carry out full performance benchmarking of existing HVAC & Utilities systems to ensure fit for purpose.
- Prepare risk assessments, plan and execute full vaporised hydrogen peroxide fumigation of facility and HVAC systems prior to turnover to client.
Urban Regeneration Project
Provided commissioning management and field support services across all services on a four-hectare site spanning four plots comprising three Grade A office towers providing almost a million square feet of prime office space, a 340,000 square feet retail mall and three residential towers.
The development was the first in Singapore to achieve a Platinum rating under the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) latest version of its Green Mark scheme for new non-residential buildings and was pre-certified for IWBI WELL Gold – it will be one of the first commercial developments in Singapore to achieve WELL once fully certified.
